Shipping & Returns

We strive to deliver your Velvi pieces with the utmost care and speed. All orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

Cash on Delivery (COD): For your convenience and security, we offer COD services nationwide. Pay only when you receive your package.
Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Order Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to monitor its progress.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return window.

Timeline: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging (including dust bags) intact.
Process: To start a return, simply contact our support team with your order number. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Every Velvi bag is inspected for quality before dispatch. Should you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately for an exchange.
